1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of slutcon.com (the "Site") and your purchase of tickets to SlutCon (the "Conference"), an educational event. By purchasing a ticket, registering on the Site, or attending the Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend.

The Conference is operated by Partner Up, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Contact: slutbookings@gmail.com.

2. Ticket purchases and payment

Payment processor compliance. All ticket transactions are processed through our third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Ticket purchases are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. A confirmation email constitutes your receipt; please retain it for your records.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or unauthorized purchases.

3. Refund and cancellation policy

The following policy governs all refund requests and applies to disputes filed with your card issuer or payment processor.

• Full refund if you cancel by July 27.
• 50% refund by August 26.
• 25% refund by September 1.
• No refunds after September 11 except as required by law.
• No-shows: Tickets are non-refundable for attendees who do not attend.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to slutbookings@gmail.com and include the email used when purchasing the ticket. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval to the original payment method.

4. Ticket transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual at no charge up to 14 days before the event. To request a transfer, contact slutbookings@gmail.com with the original ticket details (including the email used to purchase the original ticket) and the recipient's name and email.

Tickets may not be resold for profit. Any ticket sold above face value may be cancelled without refund.

5. Event cancellation or postponement

If we cancel the Conference entirely, ticketholders will receive a full refund of the ticket purchase price within 30 days.

If we postpone the Conference, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

We are not responsible for any incidental costs incurred in connection with attending, including travel, accommodation, or time off work.

6. Nature of the event

SlutCon is an educational conference focused on dating, relationships, sexuality, and personal development. Content is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and consent to exposure to adult material.

The Conference does not facilitate or endorse illegal activity. All programming is educational in nature.

7. Attendee conduct

Attendees must follow all posted Conference rules and instructions from staff and volunteers. Harassment, discrimination, or behavior that endangers others is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and venue policies. We reserve the right to remove any attendee for conduct that violates these standards.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and session materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Conference content without our written permission.

9. Photography and recording

By attending the Conference, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or audio may be taken at the event and may be used for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff at check-in and wear a provided visual designation (e.g., badge sticker or similar item).

Attendees generally may not take photos or videos at the event. Specific, limited exceptions may be provided at the event in a written privacy policy. Attendees may not record sessions without prior written permission from presenters and organizers.

10. Privacy

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to read and abide by our privacy policy, which includes but is not limited to the following:

• Do not share the names, identities, or attendance of any participants with anyone outside the event, including on social media, blogs, or in private conversations. You may discuss your own experiences and learnings, but do so without identifying specific individuals or sharing details that could compromise someone's privacy.
• Do not share the name or address of the venue (or specific identifying information) on any external channel (including articles, blogs, and social media). Only ticketed participants, presenters, and volunteers will receive details of the venue name and address.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the Conference or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and Conference are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of Site content, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your ticket purchase shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Berkeley, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered attendees or posted on the Site with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or retention of your ticket constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
